- 1 head cauliflower
- 1 c. cider vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. Accent
- 1 tsp. each: salt, pepper and garlic salt
- 1 lb. fresh mushrooms
- 3 carrots, sliced and cooked about 3 minutes
- 1 Tbsp. dill weed
- 1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
Directions

1Wash all vegetables; cut broccoli and cauliflower into florets.

2Mix remaining ingredients; pour over vegetables.

3Cover and refrigerate 24 hours.

4Baste from time to time.
