  • 1 bunch fresh broccoli
  • 1 head cauliflower
  • 1 c. cider vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. Accent
  • 1 tsp. each: salt, pepper and garlic salt
  • 1 lb. fresh mushrooms
  • 3 carrots, sliced and cooked about 3 minutes
  • 1 Tbsp. dill weed
  • 1 1/2 c. vegetable oil

    Wash all vegetables; cut broccoli and cauliflower into florets.

    Mix remaining ingredients; pour over vegetables.

    Cover and refrigerate 24 hours.

    Baste from time to time.
