- 1 c. onion, chopped
- 2 c. celery, chopped
- 2 large bell peppers, chopped
- 1 jar pimento (small)
- 3/4 c. vinegar
- 1 c. sugar

3Add chopped onion, celery, bell pepper and chopped pimento.

4Stir until well mixed.

5Add sugar to vinegar; stir until sugar is dissolved.

6Pour over mixed vegetables; stir.

7Cover and set overnight.
