- 1 c. oil
- 1 tsp. poppy seed
- your selection of vegetables (ex. onion, green peppers, broccoli, cauliflower, tomatoes and cucumbers), cut up
Directions

1Mix all the ingredients for the dressing in medium-size bowl. Prepare vegetables and place in large bowl.
