- 6 tbsp. lemon juice
- 6 tbsp. wine vinegar
- 4 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Combine and beat with mixer until well blended. Add 2 heads cauliflower, 1 can black olives(sliced), 1 small jar pimentos and any amount of green or red peppers, onions, carrots, celery or any other vegetables that are desired.

2Mix everything together and marinate in refrigerator overnight.
