- 1 can string beans
- 1 can lesueur peas
- 1 large jar chopped pimentos
- 1 can whole kernel corn
- 1 large bell pepper
- 1 head celery
- 1 small onion
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 c. red wine vinegar
- 1/2 c. wesson oil
Directions

1Drain canned vegetables.

2Chop bell pepper and celery.

3Slice onion into thin rings and separate.

4Mix sugar, vinegar and oil together.

5Mix until sugar dissolves.

6Pour over vegetables and marinate at least 12 hours in refrigerator.
