  • 1 can small peas, drained
  • 1 can corn, drained
  • 1 can French-style green beans, drained
  • 1 (2 oz.) jar pimento, drained
  • 1/2 c. (2 stalks) diced celery
  • 1/2 c. chopped green pepper (1/2 pepper)
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 1/4 c. vinegar

    Combine vegetables, toss lightly.

    Combine remaining ingredients in a medium saucepan, bring to a boil over low heat. Stir occasionally.
