Ingredients

  • 3/4 c. vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp. water
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. pepper
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. vegetable oil
  • 1 (16 oz.) can Shoe Peg corn, drained
  • 1 (16 oz.) can French style green beans, drained
  • 1 (16 oz.) can English peas, drained
  • 1 c. chopped onion
  • 1 c. chopped bell pepper
  • 1 (2 oz.) jar pimento, drained

Directions

    Place first 6 ingredients in a small saucepan.

    Place remaining ingredients in a large bowl. Pour sauce over vegetables.
