- 1 can seasoned French-style green beans
- 1 can mushroom pieces (optional)
- 1 bunch green onions
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 can LeSueur baby peas
- 1 can sliced water chestnuts
- 1 can Chinese vegetables
- 1 1/2 c. finely chopped celery
- 3/4 c. vinegar
Directions

1Drain all vegetables.

2Thinly sliced green onions.

3Mix all vegetables together.

4Mix sugar with vinegar (you can use half tarragon and half wine vinegar or half malt and half regular vinegar).

5Add mixture to vegetable.

6May add black pepper if desired.

7Refrigerate salad at least 24 hours before serving. Pour off some of marinade or use slotted spoon to serve.

8Keeps indefinitely in refrigerator.
