Ingredients
- 1 (No. 2) can corn, drained
- 1 (No. 2) can green peas, drained
- 1 can French-style green beans
- 1 small jar pimento, chopped
- 1 c. celery, chopped fine
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 carrot, thinly sliced
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 c. vinegar
- 1/2 c. vegetable oil
- 2 Tbsp. water
- salt to taste
Directions

1Stir together sugar, vinegar and vegetable oil; add all other ingredients, stirring well.

2Marinate for 24 hours in refrigerator in a 1/2 gallon container.

3Keeps well for a week or more.
