  • 1 can whole kernel corn
  • 1 can green beans
  • 1 can small green peas
  • 1 small jar chopped pimientos
  • 1 c. chopped green pepper
  • 1 c. chopped onion
  • 1 c. chopped celery
  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 1/2 c. vinegar
  • 1/2 c. sugar

Directions

    Put corn, green beans and peas in a colander to drain.

    Let drain while you make the marinade; which is pimentos, green pepper, onion and celery.

    Heat oil, vinegar and sugar.

    Let this cool.

    Pour over vegetables.

    Let set in fridge for 12 to 24 hours before serving.
