Marinated Venison Pot Roast

Ingredients
- 1 (4 lb.) venison roast
- 1 c. wine vinegar
- 1 tsp. whole allspice
- 1 c. water
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 large onion
- 1/4 clove garlic
- 1/2 c. finely chopped onion
- 1/2 c. finely chopped green pepper
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- 1/2 c. finely chopped celery
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 3/4 soup can water
Directions

1Combine and bring to a boil wine vinegar, whole allspice, water, sugar, salt, onion and garlic.

2Place roast in glass dish and pour combined ingredients over it.

3Cover and leave overnight in marinade.

4Dry roast off and roll in flour.

5Brown on both sides.
