- 1-1/2 cup shredded zucchini
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp. garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp. crushed basil
- 1/4 tsp. salt
Directions

1Shred one and a half cups of marrow.

2Put marrow in strainer and remove all moisture.

3You should end up with one cup pressed marrow.

4Combine remaining ingredients.

5Add marrow.

6Cover and chill overnight.

7Serve with crudites or crackers.
