- 150 grams Granulated sugar
- 3 tbsp Butter
- 5 Eggs
- 1/4 cup Marsala wine
- 1 tbsp Baking powder
Directions

1Mount (whisk) the egg whites and set it aside

2Whisk together the butter, sugar and egg yolks

3Add the Marsala wine and mix well

4Add the flour

5Add the egg whites you previously mounted and stir gently

6Add the baking powder and mix well

7Grease a baking dish, add your dough and bake it for about 25 to 40 minutes (depends a lot on your over) at 180 C / 350F
