Marsala Cake

  • 150 grams Flour
  • 150 grams Granulated sugar
  • 3 tbsp Butter
  • 5 Eggs
  • 1/4 cup Marsala wine
  • 1 tbsp Baking powder

    Mount (whisk) the egg whites and set it aside

    Whisk together the butter, sugar and egg yolks

    Add the Marsala wine and mix well

    Add the flour

    Add the egg whites you previously mounted and stir gently

    Add the baking powder and mix well

    Grease a baking dish, add your dough and bake it for about 25 to 40 minutes (depends a lot on your over) at 180 C / 350F
