Marshmallow Cream Fudge

  • 1 (7 oz.) jar marshmallow cream
  • 1 (5 oz.) can evaporated milk
  • 1/4 c. butter
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 2 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 c. nuts

Directions

    Bring cream, milk, butter, sugar and salt to a full boil. Boil for 5 minutes, stirring constantly over moderate heat. Remove from heat.

    Stir in the chocolate chips until melted.

    Add the vanilla and nuts.

    Pour into a greased pan.

    Cool.

    Makes 2 1/2 pounds.
