Ingredients

  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 cup water
  • 3 cups corn syrup
  • 7/8 cup egg whites
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Directions

    Mix sugar, water and 2-1/2 cups corn syrup.

    Cook to 245F; cool 15 minutes.

    While cooling, place in seperate bowl: 1/2 cup warm white corn syrup; mix thoroughly.

    Beat in first mixture.

    Add vanilla.

    Jar or can.

    Do not cover until cold.
