  • 2 cups caster sugar
  • 12 cup cold water
  • 1 tablespoon gelatin
  • 12 cup boiling water
  • 8 ice cream cones
  • food coloring
  • hundreds and thousands (candy sprinkles)

Directions

    Place sugar and water in an electric mixer, beat on high until fluffy.

    Mix gelatine with boiling water.

    Gradually add to sugar and water mixture.

    Beat on high for 15-20 minutes.

    Colour as you wish.

    Place quickly into ice cream cones.
  7. 7
    Sprinkle with 100's and 1000's.
