- 1 whole chicken, quartered and skinned
- 1 navel orange, peeled and sliced
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 12 teaspoon ground coriander
- 12 teaspoon cinnamon
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 18-13 teaspoon cayenne
- 12 cup orange juice
- 12 cup chicken broth

1Preheat oven to 375.

2Trim chicken and place pieces in a baking dish.

3Tuck orange slices around chicken.

4Combine flour, coriander, cinnamon, salt and cayenne.

6Pour orange juice and chicken broth into dish.

7Bake, basting chicken pieces occasionally, until chicken is tender and done, about 45 minutes.
