  • 1 whole chicken, quartered and skinned
  • 1 navel orange, peeled and sliced
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 12 teaspoon ground coriander
  • 12 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 12 teaspoon salt
  • 18-13 teaspoon cayenne
  • 12 cup orange juice
  • 12 cup chicken broth

    Preheat oven to 375.

    Trim chicken and place pieces in a baking dish.

    Tuck orange slices around chicken.

    Combine flour, coriander, cinnamon, salt and cayenne.
