Marshmallow Custard

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 6 marshmallows
  • 2 c. thin cream
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla

Directions

    Beat eggs slightly.

    Then add the sugar, cream and vanilla. Combine thoroughly.

    Place a marshmallow in the bottom of each of 6 custard cups and pour the custard mixture over them.

    Place the custards in a pan of hot water and bake at 325° for 40 minutes or until a silver knife will come out clean when inserted in the custard.

    Place in the refrigerator to cool and serve in the cups.
