- 4 Tbsp. cold water
- 9 large marshmallows
- 1/2 tsp. extract
- 1/4 tsp. baking powder
Directions

1Place first 3 ingredients in top of double boiler.

2Place over boiling water and beat with egg beater 10 minutes or until thick, adding marshmallow as it begins to thicken.

3Beat until smooth. Remove from fire; add flavoring.

4Beat until thick and nearly cold. Add baking powder.

5Continue to beat until thick enough to spread on cake without running.
