- 1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
- 1 Tbsp. salad oil
- 1 small pkg. shredded coconut
- 30 large marshmallows
Directions

1Melt chocolate with oil in top of double boiler.

2Pour coconut into a shallow dish.

3Dip each marshmallow into chocolate, then coat with coconut.

4Place flat side down on cookie sheet lined with wax paper.

5Chill until chocolate is set, about 10 minutes.
