  • 1 1/3 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. cold water
  • 1 Tbsp. corn syrup
  • 1 egg white
  • 6 marshmallows
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Directions

    Cook sugar, water and corn syrup until it forms a soft ball when tested (238°).

    Beat egg white stiff.

    Add marshmallows, then the syrup, very slowly, beating constantly.

    Add flavoring.

    Beat until of the right consistency for spreading.
