- 1/2 c. cold water
- 1 Tbsp. corn syrup
- 1 egg white
- 6 marshmallows
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1Cook sugar, water and corn syrup until it forms a soft ball when tested (238°).

2Beat egg white stiff.

3Add marshmallows, then the syrup, very slowly, beating constantly.

4Add flavoring.

5Beat until of the right consistency for spreading.
