- 1 large green pepper, chopped
- 1 can green peas, drained
- 1 large tomato, chopped
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 pkg. Hidden Valley Ranch dressing
- mayonnaise
- milk
Directions

1Mix rice and vegetables and let set overnight in refrigerator. Mix Hidden Valley Ranch dressing with mayonnaise and milk as directed on package.
