Marvelous Marble Fudge

Ingredients
- 1/2 c. Karo light or dark corn syrup
- 1/3 c. evaporated milk
- 2 (8 oz.) pkg. Baker's semi-sweet chocolate
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 3/4 c. confectioners sugar, sifted
- 1/3 c. peanut butter
Directions

1Line an 8 x 8 x 2-inch pan with plastic wrap.

2In a 2-quart saucepan, stir corn syrup and milk.

3Add chocolate.

4Stirring constantly, cook over medium to low heat until chocolate is melted; remove from heat.

5Stir in vanilla.

6Add sugar.

7With wooden spoon, beat until smooth.

8Spread in pan.

9Drop peanut butter by teaspoonfuls onto fudge.

10With knife, swirl peanut butter through fudge to marbleize.

11Chill 2 hours, or until firm.

12Invert onto cutting board; peel off plastic wrap.

13Cut into 1 1/2-inch squares. Yields 25 squares.
