  • 4 envelopes unflavored gelatin
  • artificial sweetener to equal 10 tsp. sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 c. nonfat milk
  • 1/2 tsp. orange extract
  • 1/8 tsp. butter flavoring

Directions

    Sprinkle gelatin over milk in saucepan. Heat slowly, stirring, until gelatin is dissolved.

    Remove from heat; add remaining ingredients. Cool slightly.
  3. 3
    Pour into large mixing bowl.

    Beat with electric mixer until light and fluffy and forms soft peaks. Pour into shallow dish; refrigerate for 30 minutes.

    Cut into small squares to serve.
