- 1- 1/2 pound Boneless Chicken Thighs
- 1 whole Onion, Sliced
- 1- 3/4 cup Barbecue Sauce
- 3/4 cups Low Sodium Chicken Broth
- 2 Tablespoons Dijon Mustard
- 4 cloves Garlic, Minced
- 1 Tablespoon Hot Sauce
Directions

1Place all ingredients in the slow cooker and stir together.

2Cook on low for about 6 hours.

3Shred chicken (a potato masher works great for this).

4Taste chicken and add salt or pepper if desired.

5Also stir in more hot sauce if you want to turn up the spice.

6If making sandwiches, use a slotted spoon to place onto rolls and then spoon more sauce on if desired.
