  • 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1/4 c. tomato sauce
  • 3 c. dry bread crumbs
  • 1/2 onion, chopped
  • 1/2 c. ketchup
  • 1/2 c. brown sugar

Directions

    Combine all ingredients except brown sugar and ketchup. Mix well. Press evenly in loaf pan. Combine ketchup and brown sugar in a small bowl. Mix well and spread over meat mixture. Bake in preheated 350° oven for 1 hour.
