  • 1/2 lb. sausage
  • 1 c. bread crumbs
  • 3 oz. diced American cheese
  • 8 oz. can tomato sauce
  • 1 egg, slightly beaten
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/4 onion, minced
  • 2 tsp. Tabasco sauce
  • 1 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1 celery stalk, diced
  • 1 pinch thyme

Directions

    Combine all ingredients in large mixing bowl.

    Mix well with hands.

    Turn mixture into 8 x 4 x 3 1/2-inch loaf pan.

    Bake at 350° for 1 1/2 hours.

    Let stand 10 minutes before slicing.
