Ingredients

  • 2 (12 ounce) cans evaporated milk
  • 1 pint whipping cream
  • 1 quart whole milk
  • 20 ounces crushed pineapple, undrained
  • 10 ounces maraschino cherries, quartered
  • 3 12 cups sugar
  • 3 lemons, juiced

Directions

    Stir the sugar till dissolved in the milks and whipping cream.

    Add the pineapple and cherries.
  3. 3
    Place in ice cream maker and let it mix till almost frozen.

    Add the lemon juice and place in container in the freezer to freeze solid.
