- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1 12 cups coconut
- 14 ounce plain gelatin
- 14 cup water
- 12 cup water, boiling
- 23 cup sugar
- 6 ounces frozen pink lemonade concentrate
- 1 cup Cool Whip
Directions

1Place the butter in saucepan - melt it.

2Add the coconut and brown.

3Pat into a 9 inch pie pan.

4Stir the gelatin with the cold water until dissolved.

5Then add the boiling water and sugar with the pink lemonade concentrate.

6Stirring until dissolved.

7Refrigerate until thick but not set up.

8Fold in the cool whip.

9Pour into the crust.

10Refrigerate until served.
