  • 1/2 c. flour
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1 egg
  • 1 Tbsp. butter, melted
  • milk to moisten

    Add corn, flour, seasoning, butter and enough milk to make a thick batter.

    Grease the frying pan to cover the bottom.
