- 1 lb. backfin crabmeat
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 Tbsp. mayonnaise
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp. prepared mustard
- 1/4 stick butter
- 1/2 tsp. red pepper
Directions

1Melt butter until soft by microwave or low heat (do not scorch butter). Mix butter, mayonnaise, mustard, egg, Worcestershire sauce and red pepper in a large mixing bowl.

2Blend in crabmeat by tossing with a fork lightly.

3Preheat frypan with 1/4 stick butter.

4Pat out crabcakes to your own size and place in preheated frypan.

5Brown lightly on both sides.
