  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp. cumin seed
  • 3 plum tomatoes, chopped Safeway 1 lb For $1.29 thru 02/09
  • 1/2 tsp. garam masala
  • 1/2 tsp. ground coriander
  • 1/2 tsp. ground turmeric
  • 1/2 tsp. red chili powder or cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 cup Cracker Barrel Crumbled Feta Cheese with Oregano, Sun Dried Tomatoes and Black Pepper, divided
  • 3 Tbsp. chopped fresh coriander (cilantro), divided

    Heat oven to 350 degrees F.

    Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat.

    Add next 3 ingredients; cook and stir 5 min.

    or until onions are lightly browned.

    Stir in tomatoes and seasonings; cook 5 min.

    or until tomatoes are softened, stirring frequently.

    Spread onto bottom of 1.5-L casserole dish.
