- 1 slice white bread
- 2 tablespoons butter
Directions

1Toast the bread on both sides.

2Spread the toast with 1 tbsp of the butter.

3Top with the mash.

4Level off the mash and make dimples in the top, fill the dimples with the remaining butter.

5Grill under a hot grill until the mash develops a crispy crush.

6Eat.

7Fr extra indulgence pour some hot, really thick onion gravy over the top.
