  • 1 head cauliflower
  • 2 tablespoons low fat margarine
  • 12 teaspoon salt
  • 34 cup nonfat milk

Directions

    Cut Cauliflower into small pieces and add to boiling water in a large sauce pan.

    Add Salt to water and cook Until Soft and mushy.
  3. 3
    Drain water and pit cauliflower back into saucepan add butter and milk (heat milk in microwave for 30 seconds).

    Mash all ingredients together.

    Use a mixer if you have one.
