- 1 head cauliflower
- 2 tablespoons low fat margarine
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 34 cup nonfat milk
Directions

1Cut Cauliflower into small pieces and add to boiling water in a large sauce pan.

2Add Salt to water and cook Until Soft and mushy.

3Drain water and pit cauliflower back into saucepan add butter and milk (heat milk in microwave for 30 seconds).

4Mash all ingredients together.

5Use a mixer if you have one.
