- 6 Roma Tomatoes- Quartered
- 3 clove minced garlic
- 1 large yellow onion- halved and thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 lb live small Manila clams
- 4 cup Steamed White Rice
Directions

1Wash clams and throw out any dead ones

2In a large stock pot melt your butter

3Add onion, minced garlic and quartered tomates to melted butter.

4Cook until onions are translucent and tomatoes are mush.

5Add soy sauce and water and bring to a simmer.

6Add clams and cover stock pot.

7Cook over medium heat until all the clams have opened.

8Serve clams and juices over steamed rice.
