  • 4 potatoes, peeled and cut into chunks
  • 4 cloves garlic, peeled and thinly sliced
  • 2 Tbsp. Molly McButter fat free butter sprinkles
  • 1/2 c. skim milk
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper

Directions

    Boil potatoes and garlic in a large pan for 15 or 20 minutes or until tender.

    Drain.

    Add remaining ingredients and mash.
