Mashed Potato Bake

  • 5 lb. potatoes, cooked and mashed
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1 large can Durkee French fried onions
  • 2 c. Cheddar cheese

Directions

    Combine mashed potatoes and sour cream. Place 1/2 in casserole dish; layer 1 cup cheese on potatoes and 1/2 of French fried onions on cheese. Spread rest of potatoes on top of onions, then spread rest of cheese on potatoes, then onions. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
