  • 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

  • 1 c. hot mashed potatoes
  • 2 c. self-rising flour

Directions

    Beat eggs, sugar, butter, flour and milk.

    Beat good and add cocoa, cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla, potatoes and nuts.

    Bake in a 9 x 13 x 2-inch cake pan at 350°.

    Ice with Potato Cake Icing.
