Mashed Potato Candy

Directions

   Stir powdered sugar into potato, vanilla and salt mixture until dough resembles pie crust.

   Place between sheets of waxed paper and flatten until 1-inch thick.

   Spread with peanut butter. Cut into bite size candy.

   Store in covered container.
