- 6 oz Cream cheese
- 1 cup Sour cream
- 2 tsp Onion salt
- 1/4 tsp Pepper
- 2 tbsp Butter or margarine
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 can French fried onions (not with gravy dinner)
Directions

1Cook potatoes until tender.

2Mash.

3Add all ingredients.

4Beat until fluffy.

5Cool.

6Cover and place in refrigerator (up to 2 weeks)

7Place in greased casserole (2 quart).

8Warm up 30 minutes at 350F.
