  • 5 lb Potatoes (9 large)
  • 6 oz Cream cheese
  • 1 cup Sour cream
  • 2 tsp Onion salt
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper
  • 2 tbsp Butter or margarine
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 can French fried onions (not with gravy dinner)

    Cook potatoes until tender.

    Mash.

    Add all ingredients.

    Beat until fluffy.

    Cool.

    Cover and place in refrigerator (up to 2 weeks)

    Place in greased casserole (2 quart).

    Warm up 30 minutes at 350F.

    Add onions before warming.
