- 1 stick margarine
- 1 c. sour cream
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Cook, drain and mash potatoes.

2Add remaining ingredients. Put in casserole.

3Bake at 425° for 30 minutes or until lightly browned on top.

4May be made a day ahead, refrigerated, then baked when needed.
