Mashed Potato Casserole

Ingredients

  • 8 to 10 medium potatoes
  • 3 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Cook, drain and mash potatoes.

    Add remaining ingredients. Put in casserole.

    Bake at 425° for 30 minutes or until lightly browned on top.

    May be made a day ahead, refrigerated, then baked when needed.

    Freezes well also.
