Mashed Potato Casserole

- 5 lb. peeled potatoes
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1 c. half and half
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1 tsp. onion salt
- 1 tsp. seasoned salt
Directions

1Cook potatoes until tender and drain.

2Beat softened cream cheese with half and half in mixer.

3Add hot potatoes and blend well.

4Add butter and seasonings.
-
5Put in 2 quart casserole. Brush top with butter and sprinkle on paprika.

6Bake in oven (350°) for 30 minutes.

7Can be prepared ahead of time.

8Just bake longer to heat and brown.
