Mashed Potato Casserole

  • 5 lb. peeled potatoes
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 c. half and half
  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 1 tsp. onion salt
  • 1 tsp. seasoned salt

Directions

    Cook potatoes until tender and drain.

    Beat softened cream cheese with half and half in mixer.

    Add hot potatoes and blend well.

    Add butter and seasonings.

    Put in 2 quart casserole. Brush top with butter and sprinkle on paprika.

    Bake in oven (350°) for 30 minutes.

    Can be prepared ahead of time.

    Just bake longer to heat and brown.
