Ingredients
- 1 yeast cake
- 1 c. mashed potatoes
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2/3 c. oil
- 1 c. milk, scalded
- 5 to 6 c. flour
- butter, melted
Directions

1Dissolve yeast in 1/2 cup lukewarm water.

2Combine all ingredients, except flour and butter, in mixer bowl; beat with electric mixer at low speed.

3Add flour gradually, stirring with large spoon.

4Place in greased bowl; brush lightly with oil. Refrigerate, covered.

5Use as needed.

6Roll on floured surface; cut into desired shapes.

7Place in baking pans.

8Brush with melted butter.

9Let rise in warm place for 1 1/2 hours or until doubled in bulk.

10Bake at 400° for 8 minutes.

11May bake, freeze and reheat at 400° for 4 to 5 minutes.
