  • 8 or 10 potatoes, cooked
  • 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
  • salt to taste

Directions

    Cut up and cook potatoes until done; put into a large mixing bowl and beat well.
