- 8 large Russet potatoes
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1 c. sour cream
- 2 tsp. garlic salt
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1On day before serving, cook, mash and whip potatoes with cheese and sour cream.

2Add garlic salt, salt and pepper.

3Put in casserole dish and refrigerate overnight.

4Before baking, dot with big dots of butter.

5Sprinkle with paprika.

6Bake at 400°, covered, for 40 to 50 minutes.

7Leave mixture at least one-inch from top since it grows.

8Serves 10 people.
