- 1/4 c. butter
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1/2 Tbsp. sage
- 1/2 Tbsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. white pepper
- 1/8 tsp. black pepper
Directions

1Wash potatoes well.

2Cook, with skins on, until fork-tender, about 35 minutes.

3Add milk and butter and mash until desired consistency (Sheri likes lumps in hers).

4Add remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly.
