Name: Mashed Snakes (Halloween)
Ingredients: 1 13 cups Betty Crocker potato buds (dry); 1 13 cups water; 13 cup skim milk; 1 tablespoon butter or 1 tablespoon margarine; 12 teaspoon salt; 10 drops green food coloring; 6 drops yellow food coloring; 2 small pimento stuffed olives, each cut into 4 slices; 4 slices pimiento (from 4 pimiento-stuffed olives)

6 drops yellow food coloring
2 small pimento stuffed olives, each cut into 4 slices
4 slices pimiento (from 4 pimiento-stuffed olives)

Directions

Make mashed potatoes as directed on package, using water, milk, butter and salt.

Stir in food colors until color is well blended.

Cool 5 minutes.

Place mashed potatoes in gallon-size ziploc bag.

Cut about 1-inch hole in 1 corner of bag.

Pipe 8 snakes (about 1/4 cup each) onto serving plates.

Cut each olive slice in half; place 2 halves on one end of snake for eyes.

Cut each pimiento slice in half; place 2 pieces on end for snake tongue.

Serve immediately.
