- 9 c. sifted all-purpose flour
- 1/3 c. baking powder
- 4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. cream of tartar
- 1 c. nonfat dry milk
- 1 c. oil
Directions

1Using a very large mixing bowl sift together flour, baking powder, salt, sugar, cream of tartar and dry milk; sift again. With pastry blender, cut in oil until mixture is consistency of cornmeal.

2Store in tightly covered container at room temperature. Mix will keep for 6 weeks.

3To measure pile mix lightly into cup and level with spatula.
