- 2 3/4 c. unbleached all-purpose flour (divided)
- 1/4 c. whole wheat flour
- 1 pkg. active dry yeast
- 1 c. hot water (about 110~)
- 2 Tbsp. plus 2 tsp. reduced calorie margarine, softened
- 1 1/2 tsp. granulated sugar and salt each
Directions

1Combine all dry ingredients.

2In small bowl, combine water, margarine, sugar and salt.

3Add 1/2 cup flour.

4Beat with wooden spoon.

5With hands, work another 1/2 cup flour.

6Remaining 1/2 cup of flour may be used as knead.

7Knead about 12 minutes.

8Let rest 15 minutes.
-
9Knead again 45 seconds.
