  • 1/2 c. brown sugar
  • 1/2 small onion, chopped
  • 1 tart apple, peeled and chopped
  • 1/4 c. raisins
  • 3 strips uncooked bacon

Directions

    Place in a 2-quart baking dish. Top with bacon.

    Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 1 hour.
